Liability
Since 6 December 2025, the people at the top are personally liable.
A breach of your systems is no longer an IT problem. It is a question of liability, and the law names the person responsible. The German NIS2 Implementation Act has been in force since 6 December 2025, with no transition period, and it makes management personally liable under Section 38 of the BSI Act. Around 29,500 companies fall under it directly, plus everyone who supplies them, because the regulator now checks the supply chain too. Fines reach 10 million euros.
And if you are not covered by NIS2, you are still not off the hook. Article 32 GDPR requires appropriate security from anyone who processes personal data, with fines up to 20 million. Section 43 of the German Limited Liability Companies Act already holds the managing director liable for a breach of the duty of care. The firewall does not sign the fine. You do.
The only open question is whether you meet the obligation before something happens or after. After is expensive, and after, your name is on it.

What I
Do
Find the hole before anyone else does.
I protect servers proactively, not once they are already on fire. I run my own server systems, and I offer to run yours in EU data centers, managed by me, hardened and monitored, under German control. My own monitoring software catches anomalies as they form, not in the after-action report. To hunt for weaknesses I use the strongest AI models available and find gaps before they become visible to anyone else. That is exactly the risk today: the gap nobody knows about is one that somebody eventually will. The only question is whether that somebody is you or the attacker.
Software
I build what runs on your systems.
I have been writing code for more than 25 years. Apps for iOS and macOS, systems that run on servers, websites, AI systems, and chatbots. I connect APIs so your tools talk to each other instead of past each other. I run my own DNS and register any domain you need, and I host my own mail server, GDPR compliant, inside the EU. Whatever software you need comes from one hand, and that hand has been coding since data transfer was still billed by the megabyte.
AI
Intelligence you can actually deploy.
Beyond the security work, I build AI where it earns its place. AI systems, real-time voice agents, and chatbots, designed, deployed, and hosted inside the EU, wired into your existing tools through the APIs you already run. Not a pilot that never ships. Something that works on real data, at real scale, and stays yours.
Advisory
Not only companies.
I also advise individuals on how to set up and harden their devices, the phone, the laptop, the hardware that carries half of your life. Because the open door is often not the server in the data center, it is the phone in your pocket.
Remote support runs over RustDesk on my own relay and server hardware inside the EU, not through a third-party cloud. Your screen, your data, and your session never leave infrastructure I control. That is the difference from the usual remote-support tools that route your session through a vendor's cloud. I do not hand the keys to someone else.
Forensics
After the breach, I write what actually happened.
When a Linux system has been compromised, I reconstruct the case: how the server was protected at the moment of the attack, how the attackers got in, and what they did once inside. I build that reconstruction with the support of the strongest AI model available, and I build it to hold up, technically and in court. Few people can do this. It is the point where 25 years of forensic work and the security work speak the same language.

Origin
I was online while the network still screamed.
In 1998 I registered my first business and built websites when a single gigabyte of data transfer still cost 300 marks and you reached the network through an acoustic coupler, the telephone handset pressed into the rubber cups. I did that worldwide, back when the word cloud still meant weather. I did not learn the tools. I watched them grow, from the ground up, layer by layer.
This is not a nostalgia paragraph. It is the reason I can see where a system is about to break before it breaks. Whoever knows the build from the bottom spots the cracks at the top first.

My clients stay. Some since 1998.
I look after clients who have been with me for more than two decades. That is not luck. It is the result of solving problems instead of administering them. George A. Rauscher started writing code at fourteen and built his own operating system on a Commodore 64 at sixteen, at a time when you learned that from no book, because the books had not been written yet. You worked it out directly from the machine, from the resistance it offered, or you left it alone. He never left anything alone.
He took systems apart to understand whether the walls everyone treated as solid actually held. Usually they did not. That instinct, never to mistake a surface for the whole truth, is the same one that later put him on the other side of the table, reconstructing for the courts how a system was broken and by whom. The attacker's mindset never left. It only changed employers.
