This offer is not directed at private consumers. Services are provided exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). The hourly rate is 149 EUR net. For businesses based in Germany, statutory VAT applies. For businesses based in other EU countries, billing is processed without German VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, provided a valid VAT ID is supplied. For businesses based in third countries, billing is VAT exempt. Before any work begins, a down payment of 500 EUR net is required. The down payment is offset against services rendered. Time is billed per quarter hour started and invoiced daily. Each invoice is due immediately without deduction, payable by instant bank transfer or PayPal. Cash, cryptocurrencies and cheques are not accepted. Payment counts as made when the funds have been received, not on presentation of a transfer receipt. Payments must come from a verified account held in the name of the commissioning business; payments from other accounts are not accepted. Work does not continue until payment has been received. Work on Sundays and public holidays and night work between 10 pm and 6 am carry a 50% surcharge, night work on Sundays and public holidays a 100% surcharge. Travel time is billed at 90 EUR net per hour, travel by own vehicle at 0.70 EUR net per kilometer. Flights (business class) and accommodation are billed at cost against receipts, meals are not. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation.
