This offer is not directed at private consumers. Services are provided exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). The hourly rate is 189 EUR net. For businesses based in Germany, statutory VAT applies. For businesses based in other EU countries, billing is processed without German VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, provided a valid VAT ID is supplied. For businesses based in third countries, billing is VAT exempt. Before any work begins, a down payment of 1,000 EUR net is required. The down payment is offset against services rendered. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation.
