    The Events Calendar

    CVE-2026-78159

Affects you if you run The Events Calendar through 6.17.3, allow comments on event posts, and have at least one comment containing a crafted widget block.

The Events Calendar has a flaw in how it processes widget data. Insufficient validation lets unauthenticated attackers execute code on the server. The source names comments on event posts and at least one comment containing a crafted wp:legacy-widget block as conditions.

I rate this as critical. It is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

Update to 6.17.3.1; the source does not name a workaround.

Gutenverse News – News Blocks for Blog & Magazine Sites

    CVE-2026-85677

Affects you if you use the Gutenverse News WordPress plugin in a version before 3.3.3 and display content with it.

I consider this report relevant. Unauthenticated users can store JavaScript in content. The script runs in a browser when an administrator reviews the comment queue or a visitor opens an approved post.

The source attributes the issue to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. NVD names versions before 3.3.3, while Wordfence names all versions through 3.3.3. The source names 3.3.3 as the fixed version. The issue is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog.

zipMoney(Zip Co) Payments Plugin for WooCommerce

    CVE-2026-78361

Affects you if you run the zipMoney payment plugin for WooCommerce before 2.4.0. Wordfence additionally lists every version through 2.4.0.

The source statements do not match: NVD names versions before 2.4.0, while Wordfence names every version through 2.4.0. The dataset lists 2.4.0 as fixed. What is clear is that an authorization check is missing and unauthenticated users can perform an unauthorized action.

According to the source, this allows arbitrary WordPress options to be deleted. That can destroy site and access control configuration, deactivate every installed zipMoney plugin, and take the site offline. It is not listed in the KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

MDJM Event Management, Mobile Events Manager

    CVE-2026-88802

Affects you if you use MDJM Event Management before 1.7.8.5 or Mobile Events Manager through 1.4.8.3 on a WordPress site.

A missing authorization check lets unauthenticated attackers permanently delete arbitrary posts, pages, and media attachments. The trash is bypassed.

The source groups multiple WordPress plugins together. It does not list this vulnerability in the KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

Update MDJM Event Management to 1.7.8.5. The source does not name a fixed version for Mobile Events Manager.

Contact Form to Chat Apps | Click to Chat to Order

    CVE-2026-77773

Affects you if you use the WordPress plugin Contact Form to Chat Apps | Click to Chat to Order before version 2.15.8.

The plugin performs no capability, nonce, or session check on a public AJAX action. Unauthenticated attackers can therefore read submitted entries from supported forms. Wordfence also reports exposure of sensitive user or configuration data.

I classify this as information exposure with no login required. It is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog as an actively exploited vulnerability.

rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress

    CVE-2026-16482

Affects you if you use rtMedia through 4.7.11 and a public page contains an rtMedia shortcode with the rtmedia_shortcode parameter set.

A time-based blind SQL injection through the “compare” parameter. Insufficient escaping and inadequate preparation of the existing SQL query allow unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries and extract sensitive information from the database.

I classify this as relevant because no login is required and the source describes exploitation on any public page containing the named shortcode. It is not listed in CISA’s KEV catalog as an actively exploited vulnerability.

The source does not name a workaround. Update rtMedia to 4.7.12.

    Really Simple Security

    CVE-2026-89080

Affects you if you run Really Simple Security through 9.8.0.

I classify this as a two-factor authentication bypass. The source says an attacker without a completed login can bypass the second factor.

The source also names possible access to the affected account's session, up to administrator. The vulnerability is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

    Nexi XPay Build

    CVE-2026-82213

Affects you if you use Nexi XPay Build 7.6.1 through 7.6.2. The source describes exploitation that requires no login.

I classify this as an insecure direct object reference. The source says the plugin does not verify that a saved payment token belongs to the current user. Unauthenticated attackers can therefore retrieve other customers' stored card token references together with a valid authorization signature.

Wordfence also describes missing validation of a user-controlled key and the resulting possibility of an unauthorized action. The vulnerability is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

The source does not name a fixed version or a workaround.

    DT LMS, WordPress LMS plugin

    CVE-2026-11355

Affects you if you use the DT LMS WordPress plugin in an affected version up to and including 1.1. The source names no other condition.

I classify this as missing authorization checks in multiple AJAX actions. Unauthenticated attackers can use it to overwrite arbitrary stored plugin option values.

The source specifically names point of contact email configuration as well as skin and branding settings. This can alter the appearance and behavior of the LMS for all site visitors. The vulnerability is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog as actively exploited.

    Payment Gateway PayPay for WooCommerce

    CVE-2026-82215

Affects you if you use Payment Gateway PayPay for WooCommerce in versions 0.5 through 0.9.3 and an attacker knows your store's merchant identifier.

The plugin processes payment notifications without checking whether they are authentic. Unauthenticated attackers can therefore mark arbitrary orders as paid, or cancel or fail them.

I rate this finding as requiring immediate review. It is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog of actively exploited vulnerabilities.

  • 13 advisoriesEine Programmiersprache samt Laufzeit, etwa Go oder Erlang.
